Just add kitties.

Highly sensitive with complex ptsd. Therapeutic journaling helps, but it can sometimes get overwhelming.

So do other depressives get all emo during cute movies?

So many feels. I literally needed to recover after watching this movie when we arrived home. Do others go through this? I mean, it had some sad moments (spoilers) and was intended to make you go :
=,(
but i find that some stories can really drain me emotionally. Don't even ask me about the time I watched Wall-E with my kids. Or any Pixar movie. UHMAHGAHD.

This movie was great tho. You should see it. These (HTTYD) are by far my favorite Dreamworks animations. John Powell has done another outstanding score. =)

summer

One day I had dreadlocks. The next day they were gone.

They weren't the most *pretty* locks, but they were definitely on their way to becoming fat little knotted ropes of awesome. My guess is that in another year they would have been more tight and cylindrical. Unfortunately I just could not last them out. I became overstimulated by them, the feeling, the heaviness, the annoying headaches that became quite frequent. So after 1 year and a couple of months, off they went.

This happened about 2 years ago, too. What's worse is that I only lasted 4 months before I buzzed my head, lol. I was way more irritated at that time for some reason.

I actually learned a lot by having dreadlocks, and even made some changes because they forced me to think about things constantly. It's hard to explain and perhaps I'll write more about it in another post.

For now, if anybody cares, here's a picture of what they looked like before I chopped them off:

and here's some mini goats for good measure:
